User Name and Password Information

A Manhattan account is created for all new full time students. Your Manhattan account will be the same as your email account. The example below explains the account setup:

Example:
Jane Smith

User name:
smithj

Default password:
jane

First time users will be asked to change their password the first time they log in. Choose a secure password and then save the information  in a safe place. The following Microsoft page offers further tips.

Note: Existing users who have forgotten their passwords need to send an email to techsupport@elms.edu to have their account reset.
