Every professor, every administrator, and every staff person at Elms College comes to work with one clear purpose: to make sure our students are educated to become reflective, principled, and creative learners with vision, values, and heart.

Our faculty consists of 62 full-time professors and numerous adjunct professors. Many members of our faculty are practicing professionals who bring experience from the working world into the classroom. You receive instruction, inspiration, and guidance from professors for whom teaching is a top priority and practice is a personal commitment.
