Ireland

Our students have an opportunity to study in Ireland, at the Innisfree College and Convention Center at St. Angela’s College in County Sligo and at An Diseart in Dingle, County Kerry.

Dr. Damien Murray, coordinator of the Irish studies program, organizes the trips in cooperation with the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Students can also work with faculty to arrange alternative study abroad experiences in other Irish colleges.

"I was excited to learn about Ireland's history through the eyes of the Irish people themselves," said Melissa Fijal, a history major with an Irish studies minor.
