Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is one office on campus that everyone will visit at some point during their college career. We are responsible for class registration activities, distribution of your class schedule confirmations, grades, awarding of degrees, and the issuance of diplomas. Elms College's academic calendar, all scheduleing of classes, as well as, the final exam schedule, are published by our office.

We also maintain all official student academic records, so academic transcripts and verification of enrollment may be obtained from the Office of the Registrar.

Undergraduate

Spring 2010 Schedule Now Available
The schedule has the list of classes, the final exam schedule and core classes. Students should be aware of these important registration procedures.

Graduate

Graduate students receive registration information directly from their academic department.

The Office of the Registrar shall create and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the official academic record for all students. In addition, we insure compliance with all federal, state, and College regulations and policies. The Registrar's Office continually strives to provide the highest level of service to all constituencies, both within and outside the College.
