• Two letters of Recommendation
• Personal goal statement one page in length
• Resume
• Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts
• If applying to the Master of Arts in Teaching, copy of current teaching license or copies of MTEL test scores for the Communication and Literacy and relevant subject matter test
• If applying to the Master of Science in Nursing, current nursing license
