The Elms College Helpdesk provides technological support for members of the Elms College community. We maintain all campus computers including those located in our Elms College computer labs, classrooms, and staff and faculty offices. We also maintain a fleet of office and computer lab printers for the college.
The Helpdesk not only maintains computer hardware for Elms College, we also provide a myriad support options to enhance the end-user experience. We offer training on the use of our classroom technology, provide email configuration and setup services, and assist with connecting devices to our secured wireless network.
We are available to answer any request or question regarding Elms College owned hardware, Elms College supported software, Elms College network connections, and printing services.
