Note: The early childhood 12-week practicum is completed in two placement
sites: a public school preschool inclusion classroom that has been accredited by
the National Academy of N.A.E.Y.C. (National Association for the Education of
Young Children), and in a first or second grade classroom that includes
students with and without special needs and that is accredited by the National
Academy or that adheres to N.A.E.Y.C. guidelines for developmentally
approved practices.
