Program goals
Upon graduation, our students will:
• Have a basic understanding of the business profession and its ethical
obligations
• Develop a global perspective and an appreciation of diversity in the
workplace
• Demonstrate critical thinking and decision- making skills
• Master effective oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in using technology
• Acquire knowledge in specific areas, such as the global business environment,
human resources, and other functional areas of management
• Develop a commitment to continued professional growth

We developed this special weekend program for
people just like you. It’s flexible enough to allow
you to finish your bachelor’s degree, maintain
your full-time job, and keep it all in balance.
The bachelor’s degree in business management will prepare
you to work in the global business community of the twenty-first
century. You will be able to explore and develop fundamental understanding
and competency in business management and gain an understanding
of the challenges of the business professional.
We encourage our students to become aware of widened career options,
to expand intellectual curiosity, to develop a rich sense of self,
and to respond enthusiastically to the challenges of leadership
roles.
