Fine Arts

Why Study Fine Arts at Elms College?

Our fine arts program encourages you to approach art in your own way. We offer classes in art history, theory, drawing, painting, sculpture, theater set design, and more. You learn to think critically while you get your hands dirty. We provide public forums for students to present their work, such as our Borgia Gallery and the Black Box Theater.

What Can You Do With a Fine Arts Degree?

We encourage you to combine the fine arts with other fields such as business, media, graphic design, education, social work, and human services. Graduates from our program have gone on to earn master of fine arts degrees from schools around the world and work as graphic designers, art therapists, teachers, and freelance artists.
