Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar oversees all academic records, the scheduling of courses, the collection of grades from faculty, and helping you graduate.

We're here and ready to help with almost anything you can imagine, which includes:

• registering you for classes 
• distributing the academic calendar
• sending transcripts
• adding students to the dean's list
• scheduling classes and finals
• handing out diplomas

FERPA and Your Privacy

The registrar's office is also charged with making sure the college complies with The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which ensures that information about your grades and other details stays private and is not shared with anyone with whom you don't want to share it.
