This semester we have several exciting trips planned! Students, staff, faculty, alumni and guests are usually welcome, unless otherwise noted. Please read our ticket policy below for more information on how to buy tickets. Check this page and the Current Students dashboard to see what events are coming up next.
Tickets will go on sale 2 Monday's prior to the event date. Ticket sales begin at 9 a.m. at the Campus Rental Office in the College Center. Tickets will go on sale for the first week to full-time, undergraduate students. If there are tickets left, they will go on sale the second week to: all other students, faculty, staff, alumni and non-Elms guests. Tickets tend to sell out quickly, especially to popular destinations such as NYC and Boston. We recommend arriving early to purchase tickets to these trips. Tickets will not be held for any reason.
During the first week of ticket sales, a full-time student may purchase up to 2 tickets. 1 for themselves and 1 for another full-time undergraduate student if they want. Students are not able to purchase tickets for non-Elms guests until the 2nd week of ticket sales.
Students who do not show for a travel trip without cancellation will not be able to travel on other travel trips for the remainder of the semester.
