The mission of Sigma Theta Tau International is to improve the health of people worldwide through leadership and scholarship in practice, education and research.
Criteria for induction for nurse leaders require that they have a baccalaureate or higher degree and demonstrated achievement in education, practice, research, administration, or publication.
