LibQUAL Survey, March 30-April 20, 2011
How are we doing? We want to hear from YOU!
The Alumnae Library is conducting research using the LibQUAL Survey to assess library service quality and identify best practices. Your responses will help us better understand your information needs and help us establish priorities for improvement.
LibQUAL Survey was developed by Texas A&M and is sponsored by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). This assessment tool has been used by over 500 libraries throughout the world.
This 21 question online survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
Please read this notice carefully before you choose to take the LibQUAL+ Survey. Do not take the survey if you are under 18 years old.
The purpose of the LibQUAL+ Survey is to help Alumnae Library Staff measure service quality. The results will help to better respond to your expectations for library service.
It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey of 21 questions, with an open text box for any comments on services or concerns not addressed by the survey. Your responses will be both anonymous and confidential. Your contact information will only be collected if you are interested in being entered in the drawing for the survey prize.
