Thomas Foley's investigation led to murder and racketeering charges against James "Whitey" Bulger, one of our country's most notorious mobsters, who managed to elude arrest and prosecution for decades.
Hear from Foley on how he conducted the investigation that eventually led to the Irish mobster's capture. His book, Most Wanted: The Pursuit of Whitey Bulger, will be available for sale and signing.
This lecture is presented by the Center for Law and Justice at Elms College.
