Career planning is a developmental process that is fostered throughout one's entire life.

We recognize your need to hire well-rounded workers who can deal with the challenges and rapid pace of change in business today. We'd like you to know that Elms College graduates make excellent employees in many fields, such as education, business, health and allied health, human services, and communication.

Our students and alumni are reflective, principled, and creative, and have developed the capacity for critical thinking, the ability to communicate effectively, an understanding of the technologic basis of modern society, and an appreciation of the arts and humanities. We recognize that these traits enable them to become successful contributors in whatever field they choose.

We provide opportunities for employers to actively recruit our graduates. Such as, listing current internship or job openings for our students to access.

To learn more about how Elms College can assist your search for qualified job candidates, please contact the Career Center at Elms College by calling 413-265-2272.
