"Your professors are always willing to work with you when you need help."
Knowing Your Professors: It's the Elms Effect
As a nursing major, the small class sizes at Elms really appealed to me. All the students seem to know all the professors, which is great. You are not just another face in the crowd of college students. You are known by name by your professors, and they push you all four years so that you can be well prepared once you graduate to work as an RN.
The way the program prepares you for your NCLEX boards at the end of your senior year sets Elms apart. The two-year internship program prepares you very well. Because of my internship, I feel a lot more prepared to go from being a student to being a nurse.
