Spiritual Direction Workshop
Are you yearning for a deeper spiritual life? Are you curious about how you can find meaning and direction in your daily experiences?
Join us for a spiritual direction workshop led by Virginia L. Collins-English, M.Ed., CAGS, MAAT ’03, to learn how you can feel closer to God, explore your own sacred story, and find companionship on your spiritual journey.
This day of reflection will include an introduction to what spiritual direction is (and is not), exploration of the different ways to be with God in prayer, reflection on your own sacred story, discussion of ways to approach spiritual direction, and time for shared and personal prayer.
All are welcome, including those who are “spiritual, but not religious,” those who feel marginalized by the church, and those of all faiths.
This event is free and open to all. Registration is required: Please call (413) 265-2575 or email . Participants should bring a bag lunch; beverages and dessert will be provided.
This event is proudly sponsored by the Religious Studies Department and the Institute for Theology and Pastoral Studies.
