“Leveraging Your Gifts to Close Your Gaps”

When is the last time you spent time thinking about what you’re good at? We are trained to focus on what we need to improve, or do better, rather than focusing on what we are already good at.

In this workshop, Kim Kenney-Rockwal, MBA, SPHR, guides you through the process of discovering the top five special talents that lie within you. You will learn how to tap into these intrinsic gifts and turn them into core skills, following a progression of awareness, acknowledgement, and practice.

Attendees will acquire actionable insights on how to leverage their strengths to become the best versions of themselves, both professionally and personally. In understanding your own unique talents, you will learn to recognize the unique talents in others.

As organizations evolve and become more complex, the demands placed upon staff to be productive is essential. According to Gallup, employees are 8% more productive if they use their strengths at work and 15% less likely to quit their jobs.  Learning to cultivate talent from within enables your organization to position itself to adapt to ever-changing business climates. This understanding and development of in- house strengths helps drive business initiatives within your organization.

Traditional Performance Management practices focus on what we need to improve rather than focus on what we are doing well.  By shifting the focus from gaps to gifts, and by nurturing employees’ talents, you can help your organization expand its potential.

To register, complete our short RSVP form by Friday, March 1. Please contact or 413-265-2592 with any questions.
