Kim Kenney-Rockwal, SPHR
Kim Kenney-Rockwal is the MBA Program Director at Elms College. She provides strategic direction for programming, learning outcomes and student success within the six MBA tracks. Prior to joining the college she has held Executive Human Resource and Coaching roles within Healthcare, Electronics, Manufacturing and Pharmacy Retail industries. Throughout her career, Kim has focused on developing talent. Outside of her role at Elms, she is an Executive Coach, HR Consultant and Trainer. She continually enjoys mentoring others to reach their full potential.
She earned both her Bachelor and Master’s in Business Administration from Western New England University.
Kim is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Myers-Briggs Master Practitioner and an Executive Coach.
