Dr. Beck has over thirty years of nursing and higher education experience. Her passion and excitement for nursing has no bounds! Her interests extend from patient care, to higher education, leadership and organizational behavior. Raised in PA, she moved to MA to become the Dean of the School of Nursing at Elms College and is excited to work with the community here to empower and develop excellence in healthcare.
