Brett Carroll comes to the College with a vast knowledge of higher education finance, administration, planning, and institutional leadership. Brett has served previously as VP for Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer for Mercy University in New York; and as an Associate Vice President and Treasurer for University of Hartford in Connecticut. Brett began his career in public accounting and also spent several years in the financial services industry prior to his leadership roles in higher education. Brett earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and his Master of Science in Management from the University of Hartford, School of Business. He is a certified public accountant for the state of Connecticut.
