Janice Fedor earned her MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She earned her doctorate in educational leadership and supervision at American International College and was inducted into Delta Mu Delta, an international business honor society. Her concentration is in marketing and her area of research is cohort models of education and bachelor’s degree completion programs.
Professor Fedor has taught in the Division of Business at Elms College since 2004, introducing students to principles of marketing, principles of management, sales and selling, gender and diversity in management, marketing research, and organizational behavior. She is chair of the Division of Business, president of Region One of the International Accrediting Council of Business Education, and a mentor with the Sophomore Leadership Council on campus. Prior to teaching, her professional experience was in advertising and marketing.
Professor Fedor was nominated as an international scholar laureate by the Golden Key International Honor Society, a program that recognizes academic achievement and leadership in business professionals around the world.
