Molly Miner, Ed.D. joined Elms College as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing in September 2025. In this role, she provides strategic oversight for the College’s enrollment and oversees the Offices of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Financial Aid, and Marketing and Communications. Dr. Miner leads efforts to strengthen the College’s enrollment strategy, brand visibility, and student recruitment initiatives through collaboration and data-informed planning. Dr. Miner brings more than 15 years of experience in higher education, with a focus on enrollment management and student services. She came to Elms from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut, where she served as Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. Before that, she worked in admissions at Emmanuel College in Boston. Dr. Miner holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University, and both a Master of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Emmanuel College.
