Aaron Palko, MSN, RN, CCRN, CNL, is a compassionate, integrity-driven nursing educator and clinician with a strong background in emergency and critical care. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Xavier University with a Clinical Nurse Leader focus and his Bachelor of Science from Drexel University. Aaron is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program at Elms College. He previously served as a Nursing Instructor and Course Coordinator in the Nursing Program at Holyoke Community College, where he supported curriculum development, created outcome-aligned instruction, and supervised students across lecture, lab, and clinical environments. He is especially known for teaching complex content in a clear, structured, and clinically meaningful way that helps students truly grasp foundational and advanced concepts, strengthening their confidence and clinical judgment. His emergency department and ICU roles further inform his teaching with a real-world, evidence-based perspective. He holds BLS, PALS, ACLS, CCRN, and CNL certifications and remains active in the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.
