I chose Elms College for my MBA program mostly because it also offers a hybrid schedule, which means I have the flexibility to work full-time and take classes.

I grew up in Chicopee and live down the street from the campus so it was convenient and an honor for me to attend a college in my hometown.  Attending Elms College has always been a dream of mine.

I love Elms College because it is a small college where the dedicated professors, staff, and classmates know you by name, and not as a number like at bigger schools.

The most valuable aspect of my MBA Management program is how I learned to be a better manager and leader at my current job as an assistant accounting manager with a local electric utility company. Applying the skills and knowledge that I learned in class, I am more confident at work with my critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. I also learned how effective management involvement is in leading teams, managing operations, and making strategic decisions. I gained the ability to analyze and evaluate complex

problems and make informed decisions, which is essential to being successful in business.

I feel my MBA from Elms College has prepared me to be a perfect candidate to manage any department.
