Elms College Campus

Elms is well-positioned, with the resources and support systems in place, to ensure a seamless transition for both undergraduate and graduate students. Undergraduate Students

Admissions and Financial Aid

Undergraduate students can apply to Elms using the Common Application or the Elms Application. In addition to the application, students will need to submit a high school transcript and transcripts from all colleges attended to admissions@elms.edu.

Admission into Elms College is guaranteed. Students interested in transferring into the traditional B.S. in Nursing program will need to meet the Elms College admission requirements as shared with the Massachusetts Board of Registered Nurses (BORN).

The Financial Aid Office will expedite the financial aid review process for all Anna Maria College students, both current and accepted. Students seeking need-based financial aid are able to submit the FAFSA to Elms College using our school code (002140). All traditional undergraduate students who submit a FAFSA will be awarded a $1,000 FAFSA Grant.

Elms College is committed to offering comparable financial aid offers. Students are encouraged to submit their most recent financial aid offer and/or billing statement from Anna Maria for review by our Financial Aid team.

Traditional, full-time students will be eligible for all first-year or transfer scholarships for which they qualify. Additionally, students transferring from Anna Maria College will be eligible for up to a $5,000 Anna Maria College Grant.

Elms will extend our $1,000 Campus Visit Scholarship to any Anna Maria College student who schedules a visit to Elms or meets with a member of the Admissions or Financial Aid teams.

Academics

Elms College has more than 35 undergraduate academic programs and will welcome Anna Maria College students into all of our majors. In addition to our traditional undergraduate programs, Elms College offers a fully online RN to BSN programs. We welcome students to enroll in the RN to BSN program in either the summer or fall semester.

Admissions will work in conjunction with the Registrar to expedite the credit evaluation process for transfer students and to ensure the maximum number of credits transfer to Elms.

Elms College will guarantee housing for Anna Maria College students, and will award residential students a $4,000 Residential Experience Grant, which is renewable for their time at Elms (up to 8 semesters). Community is a cornerstone of Elms and will make every effort to house Anna Maria College students together, if desired.

Elms is home to 16 NCAA Division III athletic teams. Similar to Anna Maria, Elms is a proud member of the GNAC Conference. Student-athletes interested in joining the Blazer athletic community should email Rob Southall, Athletics Director, at southallr@elms.edu.

Graduate Students

Graduate students can apply to Elms using the Elms Application. In addition to the application, students will need to submit transcripts from all colleges attended, including their bachelor’s degree-conferral transcript. Transcripts can be sent through Parchment or through National Student Clearinghouse. Students can contact Graduate Admissions at grad@elms.edu with any questions.

Elms College offers more than 20 graduate academic programs, with the majority offered online. Anna Maria College students enrolling in a graduate program at Elms will be eligible for a 20% tuition discount.

Graduate Admissions will work in conjunction with faculty and the Registrar Office to expedite the review of eligible transfer credits.
