Elms College along with American International College, Bay Path University and Westfield State University, joined with Springfield Public Schools to form the Western Massachusetts Literacy Collaborative (WMLC) to improve literacy rates amongst school aged children, PreK-12.
This interactive event will continue the Community Call to Action of the Western Mass. Literacy Collaborative Town Hall Part I that was held on Thursday, Sept. 14th at Elms College. Community members and education advocates will engage in conversations about the literacy crisis in America and what we can do to implement Just Solutions within our Western Massachusetts community.”
