Damien Murray is the Dean of the School of Arts, Sciences and Professional Programs and a professor of history at Elms College. He’s an experienced academic with over 20 years of teaching, scholarship, and administrative service.
He has a track record of innovative, creative, interdisciplinary, and collaborative approaches. He oversees academic programs in the Business, Education, Humanities & Fine Arts, Natural Science, Math and Technology, and Social Sciences Division.
He received his B.A. and M.A. from Maynooth University in Ireland, and his Ph.D. in history from Boston College.
