    After working for 35 years in the Holyoke and Springfield MA public schools as a foreign language teacher, Nancy spent 6 years teaching at the former Cathedral High School in Springfield, now the Pope Francis Preparatory School. Her love of language led to her involvement in state, national and international conferences where she presented on topics including the role of music in the classroom.

    Jane McCarry, M.Ed. 2012, has worked in the Kirley School of Continuing Education since its inception, formerly known as the School of Graduate and Professional Studies/Graduate Studies and Continuing Education.     Wally Soufane has worked at Elms since 2015 as the Off-Campus Program Coordinator at Springfield Technical Community College (STCC). He was responsible for actively recruiting potential applicants, student support, and managing all aspects of Elms College’s offsite enrollment programs in social work and CIT/CS until 2022. Wally currently, serves as the Off-Campus Social Work Program Specialist. In this capacity he serves as the liaison to the Social Work Department and helps to support all aspects of advising/registration/retention at the off-campus social work sites.
