RN-BSN Degree Completion
The RN-BSN degree completion program at Elms College is flexible for the working RN, affordable, 12-15 month program designed to advance your nursing career. The program is designed to best support work-school-life balance in that it is available online as synchronous and asynchronous options.
We have an individualized advising approach as you progress through the program with peers in a supportive group. Elms College RN-BSN nursing faculty are committed to helping nursing students to succeed in their nursing career ambitions. Elms College nursing students develop the communication skills and the critical thinking ability that prepares them to drive change in healthcare and make important contributions to patient safety and quality care.

CCNE Accreditation
The baccalaureate degree program in nursing, master’s degree program in nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree program at Elms College are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, 655 K Street, NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791. The baccalaureate degree program is fully approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
The RN-BSN program is offered online following the same courses, requirements, and opportunities as the face-to-face program.
