APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Cumulative GPA 3.0
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities
- Proof of high school completion
- Proof of licensure
- TEAS exam score
- Have a current MA LPN license
- Have a TEAS requirement is greater than/equal to 65
