APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Cumulative GPA 3.0
  • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities
  • Proof of high school completion
  • Proof of licensure
  • TEAS exam score
  • Have a current MA LPN license
  • Have a TEAS requirement is greater than/equal to 65
